It is the ability to approach problems systematically, address root causes, unlock human potential, enhance relationships and mutual learning.

बदल घडवून आणणाऱ्या तसेच दीर्घकालीन आर्थिक व सामाजिक परिणाम कमाल पातळीवर साधणाऱ्या नाविन्यपूर्ण उपाय योजनांची निर्मिती करण्याची क्षमता म्हणजे परिवर्तनाभिमुख उद्योजकता होय. यामध्ये केवळ आर्थिक उद्दिष्टे साध्य करण्याच्या पलीकडे जाऊन मानवी जीवनात तसेच संस्था पातळीवरील कार्यपद्धतीमध्ये बदल घडविण्यासाठी जाणीवपूर्वक प्रयत्न करणे अपेक्षित असते. अशा प्रयत्नातून व्यक्ती आणि समाज अधिक सक्षम होतात. या क्षमतेमध्ये समस्यांची पद्धतशीर हाताळणी करणे, समस्येच्या मुळापर्यंत जाऊन कारणे दूर करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणे मानवी क्षमतांचा अवकाश मुक्त करणे आणि नातेसंबंधातील जवळीक वाढवून परस्परांकडून शिकण्याची वृत्ती वाढवणे अपेक्षित आहे.

तरुणांनी उद्याच्या मानवी चेहरा असणाऱ्या न्याय्य समावेशक वृत्तीचा आणि निरंतरपणे शाश्वत विकासाकडे वाटचाल करू शकेल अशा समाज रथाचे सारथी व्हावे, हे स्वप्न साकार होण्यासाठी परिवर्तन अभिमुख उद्योजकता हे अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे जीवन कौशल्य आहे

हे कौशल्य आत्मसात केलेली व्यक्ती पुढील काही गोष्टी करण्यासाठी सक्षम झालेली दिसते.

  • जीध्येयेउघडकिंवानजीकच्याभविष्यातील आहेत, त्या पलीकडे विचार करून भविष्यातील चित्र उभे करण्यासाठी पुढाकार घेणे.
  • स्वतः पुढाकाराने सहयोग देणे, नातेसंबंध अधिक दृढ करणे आणि लोकांना धरून राहणे.

परिवर्तनकारी उद्यमशीलता एक ऐसी योग्यता है जो नवाचारी समाधान करती है । यह दीर्घकालिक आर्थिक – सामाजिक सुधार के लिए परिवर्तन को सम्भव बनाती है । यह व्यक्ति और समाज के सशक्तिकरण के लिए कार्य करती है। व्यक्तियों के जीवन और संगठनों में परिवर्तन की क्षमता बढ़ाती है ।

परिवर्तनकारी उद्यमशीलता युवा वर्ग के लिए महत्वपूर्ण जीवन कौशल है । यह उनको मानवीय व निष्पक्ष होना सिखाती है तथा उनका समावेशी व सतत विकास करती है ।

परिवर्तनकारी उद्यमशीलता इस कौशल के व्यवहार में

व्यक्ति यह करने में सक्षम हो सकेगा :
• तात्कालिक /स्पष्ट लक्ष्य के परे जाकर कल्पना करने की पहल करना ।
• सक्रिय सहयोग एवं संबन्धो की देखभाल ।
• नये लोग तथा दृष्टिकोण के साथ काम करने का जोखिम उठाना ।
• अपनी संतुष्टि / जरूरतों की अपेक्षा और दूसरों की जरूरतों पर ध्यान देना ।
• कठिनाई के बावजूद अपने लक्षयों से जुड़े रहना एवं बाधाओं पर काबू पाना ।
• अपने कार्य में बड़े सामाजिक लक्षय तलाश करना ।
• ऐसे कारणों की हिमायत करना (महत्तव देना) जो कि व्यवसाय से संबंधित न होकर सामाजिक बदलाव के लिए योगदान देते है
• जटिल समस्याओं को निष्पक्ष समावेशी एवं सतत तरीकों से सुलझाना ।
• निष्पक्ष एवं समान विकास के अवसर सृजित करना ।

ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಈ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದು:

  • ತಕ್ಷಣದ ಅಥವಾ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಗುರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀರಿದ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. 
  • ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಹಯೋಗ ಹೊಂದಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಿ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು.
  • ಹೊಸ ಜನರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸವಾಲು ಎದುರಿಸುವುದು. 
  • ತಮ್ಮ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಮೊದಲು ಇತರರ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಳಂಬಿತ ತೃಪ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದುವುದು.
  • ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಡೆತಡೆಗಳು ಇದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊರಬಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಯಡೆಗೆ ಗಮನ ನೀಡುವುದು.
  • ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಹೊಂದುವುದು
  • ವ್ಯಾವಹಾರಿಕವಲ್ಲದ ಆದರೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಪರಿಸರದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯೋಚಿತ, ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವುದು .
  • ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು.
