  • ਉਹ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਟੀਚੇ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
  • ਉਹ ਰੁਕਾਵਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

ಅವಿರತ ಯತ್ನ ಕೌಶಲವು ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಾಗುವ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳು, ಅಡೆತಡೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ನಿರುತ್ಸಾಹಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ, ನಿರಂತರ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಅಸಫಲತೆಯಿಂದ ಕಲಿಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಳಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅವಿರತ ಯತ್ನವು ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕೌಶಲವಾಗಿದೆ.

  • ಗಮನವಿಟ್ಟು, ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
  • ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು.
  • ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವಾಗಲೂ ಸಹ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. 
  • ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿ ಗುರಿಗಳೆಡೆಗೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು. 
  • ಹಿನ್ನಡೆ / ವೈಫಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವುದು.
  • ವೈಫಲ್ಯದ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಂಕಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪರ್ಯಾಲೋಚಿಸುವುದು.
