Resourcefulness is the ability to adapt to new or different situations, think creatively, find solutions and make the best use of the available resources. This ability helps us consider all possible ways for attaining what we desire and also make good use of the opportunities available to us. It includes working collaboratively in teams or with group members and optimizing their skills and resources towards attainment of goals.

Research has shown that students who are resourceful tend to perform well even under stress and adversity. Resourcefulness can be considered as one of the important skills to being active, thoughtful and participating members and leaders in society.

Resourcefulness In Action

The person will be able to:

  • Come up with multiple approaches to working towards a goal.
  • Brainstorm alternative solutions to various problems.
  • Show the readiness to experiment and try out new methods.
  • Show curiosity and engage with their environment and the people around them.
  • Build an active network of friends and acquaintances.

  • Demonstrate perseverance by trying out all possible means to attain their goals.

नवीन किंवा भिन्न परिस्थितीशी मिळते जुळते घेण्याची, निर्मितीक्षम विचार करण्याची, उपाययोजना शोधण्याची आणि उपलब्ध स्रोतांचा सर्वोत्तम वापर करण्याची क्षमता म्हणजे स्रोततसंपन्नता होय. ही क्षमता आपल्या इच्छापूर्तीसाठी संभाव्यमार्गांचा आढावा घेऊन उपलब्ध संधींचा योग्य उपयोग करण्यास मदत करते. यात सहयोगी पद्धतीने गटातील सदस्यांबरोबर काम करण्याचा आणि ध्येय प्राप्तीसाठी त्यांची कौशल्ये प्रभावीपणे वापरण्याचा समावेश असतो.

उपाय कुशलता / साधन संपन्नता

उपाय कुशलता नयी और अलग परिस्थितियों में स्वयं समायोजित करने, रचनात्मक सोचने, हल/ समाधान खोजना और उपलब्ध संसाधनों  का उचित उपयोग करना का कौशल है। यह क्षमता हमें हमारे लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने मे सभी संभव तरीकों को ध्यान (संज्ञान) में रखना तथा उपलब्ध अवसरों का सही उपयोग करने में मदद करता है इसके अंतर्गत समूह में कार्य करने या एक समूह के सदस्यों के साथ कार्य करना आता है

शोधों मे यह देखा गया है कि जो उपाय कुशल साधन संपन्न छात्र है वे मुसीबतों तथा तनाव के समय भी अच्छा कार्य प्रदर्शन करतें  है साधन संपन्नता एक ऐसा महत्वपूर्ण कौशल है जो समाज में सक्रिय, विचारक, सहभागी सदस्य तथा नेतृत्व क्षमताओ के लिए मददगार साबित होता  है

उपाय कुशलता / साधन संपन्नता इस कौशल के व्यवहार में

व्यक्ति यह करने में सक्षम हो सकेगा :
• लक्ष्यपूर्ति के लिए विविध दृष्टिकोणों का उपयोग करना ।
• विविध समस्याओं के लिए वैकल्पिक समाधानो को खोजना ।
• नई पद्धतियों को इस्तेमाल करना तथा प्रयोग के लिए नवाचार करना ।
• जिज्ञासा दिखाना तथा परिवेश तथा लोगों के साथ नवीन परिवेश में स्वयं को समायोजित करना ।
• अपने परिचितों तथा मित्रों के साथ सक्रिय सहभागिता ।
• परिवार के साथ समाज के लिए संसाधन बनाना ।

ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲತೆ ಕೌಶಲ ಹೊಂದಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಒತ್ತಡ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿರೋಧಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಕೂಡ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ, ಆಲೋಚನಾಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿರಲು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕೌಶಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಈ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಸಾದ್ಯವಾಗುವುದು:

  • ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಲೋಚಿಸುವುದು
  • ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಧಾನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಹೊಸ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವುದು 
  • ಕುತೂಹಲದಿಂದ ಪರಿಸರ ಹಾಗೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲಿನ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬೆರೆಯುವುದು 
  • ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಚಯಸ್ಥರ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲ ತಂಡ ರಚಿಸುವುದು.
  • ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಹಾಯಕವಾಗುವಂತಹ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವುದು.
  • ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲು ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದು.
  • ತಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ತಲುಪಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಅಥವಾ ಗುಂಪಿನಿಂದ ಸಹಾಯ, ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿಯುವುದು. 
  • ತಮ್ಮ ಕೌಶಲ, ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವುದು.
