Relationship Management is the ability to form and maintain healthy, meaningful and rewarding relationships with diverse individuals and groups in both our personal as well as professional domains. It is an important leadership skill and includes the ability to have clear and assertive communication, be honest in our expression of views and emotions, have warm interactions with our family, friends, community, colleagues etc., offer honest and constructive feedback, resist various forms of social pressure and negotiate interpersonal conflicts in mutually beneficial ways. This skill includes both – being aware of our own emotions as well as being considerate of others’ emotions, as we navigate through various social interactions.

सम्बन्ध प्रबन्धन वह योग्यता है जों हमारे व्यक्तिगत और पेशपर दोनो डोमेन मे विविध व्यक्तियों और समूहो के साथ स्वस्थ, सार्थक और उत्तम संबंध बनाने और बनाये रखने मे सहायक होती है। यह एक महत्वपूर्ण नेतृत्व कौशल है। इसमें स्पष्ट और सकारात्मक संप्रेषण विचारों और भावनाओं की अभिव्यक्ति में ईमानदारी, सभी के साथ ( परिवार, दोस्त, समुदाय, सहकर्मी आदी ) स्वस्थ वार्तालाप करना, ईमानदार  और रचनात्मक प्रतिक्रिया देना, सामाजिक दबाव के रूप और पारसस्परिक रूप से लाभकारी तरीको से पारसस्परिक संघर्षों पर बातचीत करना आदि शामिल है। इस कौशल के अन्तर्गत  अपनी और दूसरों की भावनाओं के संबंध में सर्तक रहना भी आवशक है।

सम्बन्ध प्रबन्धन कौशल जीवन में हमे दूसरों के साथ गहरे और समृद्ध सम्बन्ध बनाने में सहायक है।

ಸಂಬಂಧ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕುಟುಂಬ, ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು, ಸಮುದಾಯ, ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ಹೊಂದುವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಸ್ಪರರ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಅನುಕೂಲಕರ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಧಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಂವಾದಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ, ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವ ಕೌಶಲಗಳೆರಡನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಈ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದು:

  • ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು, ಸಹಪಾಠಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಕುಟುಂಬದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಲಿಸುವಿಕೆಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವುದು. 
  • ಇತರರೊಂದಿಗಿನ ದೈನಂದಿನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಖರವಾಗಿ ಸಂವಹಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಸಹಪಾಠಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವುದು
  • ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಿದ್ದಾಗ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವುದು 
  • ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು, ಕುಟುಂಬದರೊಡನೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು 
  • ಗುಂಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು.
  • ಗುಂಪು ರಚಿಸುವುದು, ಗುಂಪಿನ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಗುಂಪಿನ ನೈತಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚೋದಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಒತ್ತಡವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಸಂಘರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕಠಿಣ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವುದು.
