LSC’s partner organisation, the Centre for Science of Student Learning hosted a two-day national conference and launched the Cognitive and Affective Skills Study (CASS) in New Delhi on December 5th and 6th 2022. It assessed the status of cognitive and affective skills in schools across India, more specifically:
(i) the social-emotional learning of students
(ii) the attitudes, values, and beliefs of students, teachers, and parents
(iii) the quality of the school environment
(iv) the student’s academic performance.
