Development of the India Glossary

The glossary's genesis included extensive discussions within Life Skills Collaborative (LSC) about the suitable format for identifying and presenting life skills for India. Should it be a framework, a taxonomy or a glossary? The overall consensus was that a glossary would be preferred, besides providing scope for highlighting the linkages between skills through a process of tagging. The LSC team used a multi-step process for putting together the India Glossary of Life Skills.
